What is Ask KI?
Ask KI is a built-in AI Assistant inside Kajo. You don’t need a separate tool, training, or setup. Just open a bulletin, type a question, and ‘Ask KI’ gives you a clear, context-aware answer.
Unlike generic AI assistants, Ask KI is built on Rivero's deep expertise in payment network compliance, combined with Kajo's proven rule-based processes. That means the answers it provides are grounded in the specific bulletin you're reviewing and your compliance context, and not generic results.
We sat down with Stephan Wächter, Rivero's Head of Operations, who shared what Ask KI really means and how it fits into the bigger picture of Kajo Intelligence.
What does Ask KI do?
Ask KI helps compliance managers and their teams work through payment network bulletins faster by providing instant, AI-powered answers. Specifically, it can:

- Extract key dates and deadlines mentioned in the bulletin, such as mandate effective dates, implementation windows, and sunset periods.
